Financial performance metrics: keep track of the performance of your investment. You can have 24/7 access to your Loan-To-Value ratios, rental yields, arrears, and all the main metrics to track your rental properties;

Reminders: set expiry dates on compliance documents (insurance, gas certificate, EICR) and well let you know when its time to take action. No more missed deadlines.
